AI classifies the event, a licensed operator verifies it, and a real voice comes over your site speakers while it is still happening. Most incidents end there — before police, before paperwork, before loss.
Three steps, one of which is a human being. That middle step is why our clients stop getting 3 a.m. calls about raccoons and start getting calls that matter.
Monitor what you own, build what you need, service what breaks, turn footage into evidence after the fact, cover an event from the air, and find the losses that come from inside.
“Antonio is hands-on with the projects and is continuously communicating with us and is always ready to assist. We have been hiring him for most of the properties we have across FL.”
“Home visit took place less than 24 hours from initial contact. All communication was prompt and courteous. Highly recommend and would definitely employ again.”
No sales visit required for the first answer. Most existing IP systems connect to our station without new hardware.
Call 407-544-6344VigilantEye Monitoring LLC watches property that other people gave up on watching. We started in the field — pulling cable, mounting cameras, fixing what other integrators left behind — and built the monitoring station second. That order matters: we know what a badly aimed camera does to a detection model, because we have re-aimed a few thousand of them.
We opened in 2024 doing business as Asset Protection Solutions, selling surveillance systems and other retail loss-prevention hardware like EAS (electronic article surveillance) tag-and-gate systems. Good work, but it put us in the same lane as every other box-mover in the space.
The specialty that actually stuck was remote video monitoring and license-plate-reader camera systems for HOAs and mobile home park communities — properties where the real problem isn’t a single big theft, it’s trespassing, illegal dumping, and loitering that starts after business hours and never gets reported until it’s a pattern. Watching that pattern, and interrupting it before it becomes a police report, is what we got good at.
That shift is why we rebuilt the brand around VigilantEye Monitoring instead of staying Asset Protection Solutions. The name changed because the mission had already changed — from selling equipment to actually watching what it sees.
If it had a lens, it had my attention — cameras, photography, CCTV, it’s been a fixation since I was a kid. That turned into a job right out of high school, installing and repairing surveillance systems, and it never really stopped. Thirteen years and a lot of loss-prevention work later, that path is what became VigilantEye Monitoring.
I’ve worked retail loss prevention across a range of companies, and watched the hardware evolve the whole time — black-and-white CCTV, to large-format retail systems, to what we run today: fully digital, IP-based, and analytics-driven. Footage is a record of something that already happened; the job is making sure that record is there, is clear, and gets to the right person in time to matter.
I’m LP Qualified (LPQ), BASA/FASA certified, and a Professional Certified Network Administrator (PCNA), on top of brand-specific training with Dahua, Araknis, Genetec, Luma, Lutron, PDK, Hikvision, Reolink, Control4, and others. That’s the background behind every install and every alert this company sends.
A surveillance system that cries wolf gets ignored, and an ignored system is worse than no system — it is a monthly bill that buys a false sense of coverage. Our job is to make every notification you receive worth reading.
That means tuning detection to the site rather than the sales sheet, putting a licensed operator between the model and your phone, and writing reports a claims adjuster or a prosecutor can actually use.
Our goal is to be an environmentally responsible security and surveillance monitoring company, not just a low-cost one. In practice that means favoring low-power, PoE, and solar-compatible hardware where a site allows for it; catching problems remotely so a service call doesn’t need a truck on the road when it doesn’t have to; and retiring old equipment through proper e-waste recycling instead of a dumpster.
It also shows up in how we run the back office — contracts, case reports, and onboarding paperwork live and get signed digitally through the client portal, not as a stack of printed pages. We’re early in formalizing this as a company-wide standard, but it’s a deliberate part of how we want to grow, not an afterthought.
We’re a young company built by people who came up doing the installs, and we intend to stay that hands-on as we scale — expanding our monitoring center’s capacity and coverage as our licensing footprint grows, deepening our CrimeSave, Innerwatch, and Highwatch offerings, and adding dealer-partner relationships so fewer sites need a hardware swap to come on board.
Longer term, we want VigilantEye Monitoring to be known in every community we serve, not just contracted with it — which is why community outreach, giving, and scholarships are part of the plan below, even before we’ve had the size to act on them.
These are our actual dealer-partner accounts — the brands we can order new hardware from at cost. It’s a short list on purpose; it is not a list of what we’ll work on. See “How we operate” above for that.
We started in HOAs and mobile home communities — neighborhoods, not just properties — and that shapes what we want this company to give back. As VigilantEye Monitoring grows, community safety outreach, charitable donations, and scholarships are part of the plan, on the same terms as everything else on this page: we say what’s real and what’s a goal, and this is honestly still a goal. We haven’t run a program yet. We intend to.

Detection runs on your existing IP cameras. Verification runs through a real person at our monitoring center. Intervention happens over your speakers within seconds of an operator confirming what they see.
Every rule below is tuned per camera during commissioning — a loading dock at 2 a.m. and a lobby at noon do not get the same thresholds.
Security hardware you already pay for can tell you how the floor is used. Retail and hospitality clients use this to schedule staff and lay out product.
Send a camera list and a couple of screenshots. We will tell you what can be monitored today and what needs replacing — before a truck rolls.
Email your camera listA tenant reports a break-in. A manager reports a shoplifter. Someone dumps a mattress in your lot at 4 a.m. CrimeSave reviews your existing recordings, validates what happened, and delivers a timestamped evidence package your insurer, attorney, or the police can actually use.
CrimeSave does not need our monitoring contract. If you own cameras and a recorder, we can run cases on them.
Register manipulation, sweethearting, inventory theft, time fraud, vendor kickbacks. Innerwatch investigates dishonesty inside the organization — discreetly, usually while the subject is still on shift — and hands you a case file that survives an HR hearing and a courtroom.
Every engagement ends the same way: a written case file with timestamped exhibits, a chain of custody, and a finding of substantiated, not substantiated, or inconclusive.
RGB and thermal aerial coverage for concerts, festivals, sporting events, and parades. Crowd density, perimeter integrity, parking flow, and lost-person searches — streamed live to your command post and to our monitoring center at the same time.
Highwatch reads density and movement, not individuals. No facial recognition is used over a crowd — that distinction matters legally and we hold to it.
Every rate on this page is real. Volume discounts are published too, so you can work out your own number before you call us. For comparison, a single on-site guard post runs $3,000–5,000 a month.
Certified technicians design, install, repair, and maintain surveillance and alarm systems — whether we monitor them or not. Most residential service calls are on site within 24 hours of first contact.
Assessments and consults are free. Repair calls take a deposit that comes straight off the final invoice. You will get a confirmation and a technician name by email.
