VigilantEye MONITORING
Careers

We hire the people the cameras can't replace.

Every VigilantEye Monitoring role exists because software alone doesn't stop a crime, close a case, or keep a client's cameras running. Below are the roles the business is built around today, and how the team is structured to grow.

Where you'd fit

Roles across the business, today and as we scale.

Leadership
Department managers
Own the day-to-day of a division — monitoring operations, install & service, or investigations — staffing schedules, quality, and escalations so nothing waits on the owner.
Monitoring center
Operators
Verify alerts in real time, deliver live talk-down over site speakers, escalate to police and client contacts, and log every event accurately. The human step that makes the whole system trustworthy.
Investigations
Analysts / investigators (leads)
Review footage and records for CrimeSave and Innerwatch cases, build timestamped exhibit files, and hand off findings that hold up with insurers, HR, and the courtroom.
Field
Technicians
Design, install, and service camera and alarm systems in the field — mounting, structured cabling, commissioning, and the scheduled maintenance visits that keep a system actually working.
Client-facing
Customer service reps / account managers
First point of contact for billing questions, service requests, and account changes — the relationship that keeps a client past their first year.
Combined role — splits as we grow
HR, training & accounting
One seat today covering hiring, onboarding, handbook training, and the books. As headcount grows, this splits into dedicated HR/training and accounting roles.
