Covers the full ClareOne system kit and installation. Paid once, disclosed upfront — not financed into a higher monthly rate. The equipment is yours. Already own a compatible alarm system? See "We take it over" instead — no kit needed.
Split it up: pay the $799 in 4 payments of $199.75 (no interest), or finance it through a provider of your choice. Your call — either way it's a one-time cost, never rolled into the monthly rate.

No term contract. Monitoring is billed monthly. There is no 1, 3, or 5-year agreement to sign.

No early-termination fee. Cancel whenever you want. Nothing owed for leaving.

Equipment is yours. On a new install, the $799 kit price means the panel, sensors, dimmer, and doorbell belong to you — not leased, nothing to return.

Takeovers are usually zero equipment cost. If your existing panel needs a communicator upgrade (some older systems do), we'll tell you the price before any work happens — never added silently.

Monitored 24/7. When your alarm signals, it's received and answered by a UL-Listed monitoring center under the VigilantEye Monitoring name — a person, not an automated system.

Local permits are on you. Some cities/counties require an alarm permit or registration — we'll flag it if yours does, but it's the homeowner's responsibility to file.
